While priorities affect how soon we can restore your power (see emergency information FAQ for more), and the phone lines may ring busy often during a widespread outage, hearing from you is a very important step to getting your service restored in a timely manner.

To report an outage, please call 1-800-868-8243. Should it ring busy, we ask that you continue calling until you are able to get through.
